Selene Lake is the daughter of Swan Lake , Odette. Unlike any other princesses she has lost her mother and father when they were traveling by ship causing her to be independent at such a young age.

In remorse the death of the Swan queen and king , the ruler of Auradon pick her up as Ben's younger sister. She was unnoticed and treated badly by people other than Ben and his family, until Ben's announced his first proclamation for four selected children from the Isle of the Lost the chance to live in Auradon, away from the influence of their villainous parents. She was later on noticed by Jay and their love starts to bloom as her secrets unlocked one by one. Would she last? Or would she break under the pressure of her surroundings?
