The Great Kingdom of Normallen sits upon the brink of total chaos, as the old and decrepit King has called upon many warriors, adventurers and journeymen alike into a deadly competition to retrieve his lost scepter. The winner of the challenge has been promised fame, fortune and all the gold one can desire, attracting the ruthless Eldric Valeborne, an exiled soldier, into the fray. The King greatly desires to have his beloved artifact returned to him, all while his morality and leadership has sparked rebellion and an imminent war that threatens to shake Normallen to it's core. Many shall travel far and fight hard in order to become known in a Kingdom where political unrest and conflict has plagued a once virtuous and beautiful land that awaits the greatest, and most dangerous challenge that the world may ever come to know.
