Ambientada en Chile a mediados de la década de los noventa, Cristal Celeste cuenta la historia de una niña chilena de trece años, particular desde su nacimiento por vivir en situación de discapacidad, en una sociedad que aún no sabe cómo mirar ni nombrar la diferencia.
