I've done it. I have finally done it. The biological components of my mutations that have trapped me on this pathetic hell of a ship have been eradicated from the bloodstream GI#72-A. All that is left to do in terms of completion of this mission is to deploy a pod of which she may escape.

People in the Land survived the destruction of the last world war only to have their lives disrupted again by a wayward asteroid that broke up to rain down on the planet, just as life had begun to regain a sense of normalcy. Scientist scramble to uncover what this virus does and find that it is a virus like no other. Once the virus starts to attack your body, you have exactly one year to live. A cure can't be found and the virus is spreading like wildfire. People are still recuperating from the nuclear war and find that there is nothing they can do to stop the virus. I was diagnosed with having the virus on January 1, 2015. My birthday was on the first and so I had just turned eighteen. What a birthday present, getting such a deadly disease, or could it somehow turn into a good thing? One year to live. I had the virus.Complete

Everyone was evacuated from the home planet over 150 years ago. Our planet was dying, it was only a matter of time before our race was wiped out. We now live on a synthetic planet designed and built by our ancestors who came together from all parts of the globe to devise a plan to save us. We have lived peacefully for over a century.. Until now. Our lives were threatened when a mysterious and deadly virus broke out, killing entire communities at a time. The council says that they have a plan; they said that in order to prevent the death of more innocent people they will test every man, woman, and child for signs of the virus. Any person found to have been infected will be quarantined, the ones who die will be given a proper burial while the ones who survive are deemed carriers and are to be sent to the home planet to prevent further outbreak. I was prepared for the people I know and some I love being taken away for the greater good, but I never would have expected that among the list of people being taken from my community, that I would be one of them.. I survived the quarantine. Now for the survival of my planet I, and the other Carriers must be sent to the home planet. I'm going back to Earth.
