Being homeschooled until her sophomre year has made Arabella Johansen incredibly shy and socially awkward. When she and her family move to a new town, she hopes to find friends there that will accept her for who she is, but quickly learns that high school isn't all it's cracked up to be. She finds friends, enemies, and discovers things about herself and her past that she never knew.
