Since we were kids, adults have always told us that we were the generation that would change the world. That we see life in a different, more exciting way. We grew up thinking that we had the power to make society the way we wanted it. The way it was meant to be. Then we got older. We were told we were the generation of screw ups. Battling depression, anger, and hate, we were told that there was no cure for the epidemic of our generation. They blamed the way the world was on us. Little do they know, we all live in what those before us ruined. This isn't our fault. Maybe they were right about one thing. We have the power to change what has been created in front of us.
