Catti just finished a year of university at Princeton. She realized she wanted more in life. That Micro Biology just wasn't for her.

A now university drop-out, Catti searched for what she should do with her life. For months, she lived with her best friend Shea in New York City.
It's currently New Year's Eve. Shea had left to watch the ball drop, leaving Catti alone to her thoughts.

She knew she had overstayed her welcome. And she knew she couldn't go to her family (dropping out of university kind of put a damper in their relationship). Lost for idea's, she turned on the television to the New Year's Eve performances.
