When we use the word "abnormal" to describe Beach City Middle School, we aren't lying. As gems, Pearl, Garnet, Amethyst, Steven, and all the others have a bit of a hard time living normal lives. Whether they're respected or picked on because of their appearance, they all manage to get through... Most of it. The crystal gems, trying to hide their secrets to avoid further investigation, Steven and Connie, trying to live life to the fullest, Lapis and Peridot, trying to uncover as many secrets as possible, and Jasper and her gang, trying to be the best and most loved- and feared.
