This book is basically when i get sad and just write how i feel or if i see sad quotes when i feel down. just me expressing my feeling. I'll say if i wrote it or i quoted it and give credit where it's due but if i dont know where it's from I'll just put "unknown".

We have to lose grip and lose ourselves to realise things, accept the changes even if it takes someone so precious to let go and break you in pieces I remember being once a teenager and thinking I had no one to speak to.
