The laws have changed. They can go to school now. But just because they are allowed, doesn't meant it'll be easy. And trust me, it isn't.
Scarlett Mazzeo is a girl who's grown up on the streets her entire life. But, she's not just some orphaned street-rat... She's a mutant orphaned street-rat. As if that's any better. Now, the laws that don't let mutants go to school have been lifted. And it's her first day.
This story follows her and other students, in their life trying to adjust to the new laws regarding mutants.
Okay. So, this is my first book that I have ever, EVER posted online so... If anyone has a suggestion I would be happy to listen. If you find a big mistake, please tell me. But if it's, like, I forgot to uppercase an "I", please, bear with me and ignore it.
You can read authors notes, or you can skip them. I'll say if the authors note is important. If it says "important" it's probably about my update schedule or about the story.
If you have a suggestion I would be willing to listen, and I would LOVE constructive criticism.

Not another Yelena story
So I've seen a bunch of Marvel stories where the main character has the last name of someone from the MCU and I wanted to create my own character. I hope you guys like it some of the chapters are kind of long. I've also been writing it late at night when I'm sleep deprived and making it up as I go so I hope it makes sense. 😅 😂 Also I've decided to make Nat, Wanda, and Yelena around the same age as Dani. Nat and Wanda are 3yrs older than Dani and Yelena are the same age. Also Civil War, infinity war and endgame never happened just the Battle of New York (I don't own any of the Marvel characters. She has to go train at first with flash in order to control her powers .
