After years of causing mayhem and crime on the streets, Cathy Carter (self proclaimed villain extrodinare) finds herself in a most perplexing situation; she's fallen head-over-heels for the very hero trying to bring her to justice!

And one day when she is finally apprehended instead of making her usual daring get away, and all is right in the city, a new threat appears. One even more powerful than Cathy herself.
