Throughout the years, Naruto has been teased and bullied for looking feminine. During Kushina's pregnancy, some cell messed with his genetics making him look female, but still having male genitals. So, at 8th grade, he decides to become transgender. Well, after he moves. Over the summer, Iruka and Naruto decide to move to America, and go to the school Konoha High. But this year, it'll be different... After all, Naruto is now known as a girl.
