A beautiful singer named Christine Blade has become the obsession of a dark mysterious (yet sexy) musical genius who lives beneath the Opera Populaire. The Phantom, wearing a mask to hide his "disfigurement", trains Christine to sing better or something, but instead she falls for some rich, less attractive, dude named Uchida de Chagny. Terrified at the notion of her absence, the Phantom enacts a plan to keep Christine by his side, while Uchida tries to foil the scheme.

It's the 2004 version of Phantom of the Opera but Needless style!

"The Phantom of the Opera" by Gaston Leroux is a fictional novel likely written in the late 19th century. The story revolves around the mysterious figure known as the Opera Ghost, who haunts the Paris Opera House and exerts influence over the opera singers, particularly the talented Christine Daaé. Central to the plot are Christine, a gifted singer sheltered by the ghost's protective presence, and Raoul, the Viscount de Chagny, who ardently loves her and becomes embroiled in the ghost's enigmatic realm. The beginning of "The Phantom of the Opera" sets up a tantalizing mystery, both through its prologue, which claims the existence of the ghost is factual, and the opening chapters that dive into the bustling environment of the opera house. As the managers are preparing for their retirement celebration, the ghost's ominous presence is felt through frightened ballet girls discussing strange happenings and a tragic death linked to the ghost, Joseph Buquet. These elements foreshadow the turmoil surrounding Christine Daaé, who after a spectacular performance, begins to withdraw from public life due to an inexplicable fear, while Raoul's affection for her fuels the narrative's tension. The stage is thus set for a Gothic tale of love, obsession, and the supernatural. All the sites and all the exciting atmosphere are enough to send the mind of any journalist zooming with ideas. The grandest idea, in Reagan's mind however, was the infamous story of the Paris Opera Populaire. Warning: Rated PG-13. Not suggested for young reader. May contain suggestive themes, violence, alcohol, other Phantom related deaths and/or abusive behaviors But, when Reagan sneaks into the Opera Populaire to investigate one night, she finds a lot more than an exciting journalism story. She finds the Angel of Music. But has time turned the Angel of love to a Demon of hate? Will she sing for him once more?
