•	Jorge: Muy buenos días, estamos con Michael Fred Phelps, medallista olímpico de natación y el doctor Pedro  Voltas Jurado  que nos va hablar la natación. ¿Qué beneficios aporta la natación en los adolescentes  y si es bueno nadar para la salud.
•	 Candras: la natación es  muy para los niños  e adolescentes porque  nos aporta resistencia cardiopulmonar y reduce el riesgo de enfermedades cardiovasculares.  Es muy bueno para salud de las personas y niños ya que también es un buen deportes  para todos los niños para que envés de estar haciendo otras cosas  podrían aprender más sobre la natación  •	Michel : Yo me dedique a la natación hace unos años  y  gracias  mi esfuerzo soy un nadador profesional  con más medallas olímpicas y yo recomiendo la natación para todos .
