The turtles were just on a regular patrol, when they suddenly came into contact with 4 girls, around their own age. However, these girls aren't like any other kind of girls that they've encountered on their nightly patrols.

These girls seem to have some powers, revolving around the forces of Mother Nature. But there are other questions, that still remain; Who are they? How did they get their powers? What did they want from them? What could they be able to do, to save them?
