The Von Trapp Family Singers have been playing the same show for 12 years. The year is 1950, and Barnum's circus is still up and running. Both PT Barnum and Phillip Carlyle, Sr. are long gone, but thanks to Carlyle and his wife, Anne's son, Phillip Carlyle, Jr, the show is still alive. The singers are looking for something to add to their show, when they stumble upon a tent located in the heart of New York City.
