Athena-Marie Grey is starting her first year ever at Seattle-Grace hospital with her sister. Athena never really talks with anyone but her sister. Ever since Athena and Meredeth's father left them, Athena has always had a shield up so she didn't get hurt. When her mom had gotten diagnosed with alzheimer's, Athena's shield came up full force to where the only person she ever was around and let her shield down to was her sister. She ended up tripping over a stick and passing out. She woke up at Grey Sloan memorial. She reunites with people from her past and experiences some crazy events. Sarah- breanna yde a/n- @kate.504 helped me a lot with the first chapter This story takes place before Derek dies and before Ellis is born. They live in the dream house with Zola and Bailey. Also, I might not kill off Derek in this story but no promises.
