To create perfect soldiers a government facility mutates and manipulates human DNA, creating super humans with incredible talents and abilities. However, when you create something so powerful, you must be able to control it, a mature human mind is nearly impossible to restrain. The solution? Keep these experiments from developing beyond childhood.
From the perspective of Longshot, a young boy with avian characteristics, this story follows the happenings from the time the facility develops a new mutant, more powerful than any of the others, to the moment they lose control of it.
