Stella was Noah and Claudia Stilinski's first born child. Stiles was born a little less than a year after Stella was born. Shortly before Claudia died of Dementia she attacked Stella, blinding the young child. As an effect of the attack Stella was sent to an all girls school for the visually impaired. She never fit in though, she was different than the other people in the school. The summer before her sophomore Stella returns home and is enrolled in beacon hills high school. She keeps secrets from her family and friends, secrets no one would expect a blind teenager to keep.
