On the other hand, KJ is a fallen angel. He is perfect, but he's in love with a human. He is kicked out from Heaven, because according to the Enoch Bible, it is highly dangerous for the angels to fall in love with humans. 

Even if Heaven knows that humans will go back to Heaven, they will be reincarnated and the number of the angels will never change..

Except... when the angel falls in love with a human.
