After releasing his new book "The Breathing Gym", Sam Pilafian was lost and falling into a depression. Stuck in a failing relationship with his wife, he struggled to connect with his teenage daughter. Along with all of this, Sam was stressed with the filming of his new show based off of his best-selling book. Right when Sam is about to end it all, his best friend and co-worker Patrick Sheridan comes to remind him to just breathe.
