Caught up in a love triangle with three of her best guy friends, Beth tries to find her way through life with help from her cousin Whitney. Rejected by Joseph and devastated by her break up with Sebastian, she turns to Ryleigh and Kat for advice. But when she finds out Kat is trying to kill himself by overdosing with pills of some sort, and that Ryleigh is also going through a hard time, Beth, not being able to help her friends, completely loses control with an act that might put her in the hospital, or worse, kill her.
