Finally free!!! After 14 years of being physically, mentally, sexually abused she was free. Katana or Kate for short, finally was able to get away from her abusive family, when a she burnt down their house. She was a very rare hybrid shifter, she could not only shift into a were wolf but she could also shift into a black lion, a bald eagle, white tiger and could even go a little fishy ;). Not only that but she I s also immortal. When her family found oh on the night she shifted into four animals in a cycle on her 6th birthday after that they became even worse then they were before. But now she is finally free!!! She is now a complete rouge. No pack, no tribe, no one, but her silver dagger and black katana. She moves from place to place, moving like a ninja in the night. One day when she is in the sky she hears an ear piercing scream but she is to far in the wood for anyone else to hear it unless camping near by, but she hasn't seen anyone for miles upon miles. So doing what she does best she goes to help the girl. Only she doesn't know that this one save is going to lead her straight to her fate... With very cocky mate.... ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~. Since then I figured I could bend all the elements but I wasn't the Avatar. I was seriously different and my mom made Zuko keep it a secret and he has so far. When I was 13 my beloved brother was banished and scarred on his face. I was forced to watch as he begged father not to do it. I'm now 16 and been separated from him for 3 long years. I don't talk to anyone much anymore because he was my only salvation in the palace because my father thought I was a failure like he was. But thankfully I have Cody who is boyfriend. His mother and father are two rich monarchs in the fire nation....but now things are about to change because the Avatar who is the last Airbender has been spotted around the world and I want to join up with him to stop the war. It's very close to my heart. It was my first fanfiction EVER, and I used it as a platform to write about a great deal of insecurities in my "real" life. I wrote part of it about five years ago and finished it more recently, so there is a (relatively) dramatic shift in style about halfway in. There are 22 types of animals you can shift into. Some are common and some are rare. Now we have the birds: the Ravens, the Eagles, the Vultures, and the Falcons. Then we have the felines: the Panthers, the Tigers, the Cougars, the Snow Leopards, the Cheetahs, and the Lions. Then we have our canines: the wolves, the foxes, the coyotes, and the hyena's. Are common because there are the mythical ones too. The flying creatures: the Hippogriffs, the Dragons, the Pegasus's, the Phoenixes, the Thunderbirds. The water creatures: the Sirens, the Mermaids, the Kelpies. The shapeshifting academy is kind of like Hogwarts with the letters and using owls for sending mail. Yes, there is a castle for the academy and no, there isn't any witch or wizards those are supposedly extinct. Now I have to go were going to find out what animal we shift into at the ceremony soon.
