Soundwave finds a human girl, or rather sees her having fun with her friends, and before he can stop himself, she is strapped down in his cockpit, struggling against the tightly fastened seatbelt.
Esme has never been in a jet before. And she didn't expect it to KIDNAP HER IN BROAD DAYLIGHT WHEN SHE WAS WITH HER FRIENDS. Panic bubbles in me as it flies into a scary looking alien space ship. I'm screwed.
Soundwave and Esme soon get to know each other, Esme being useful in teaching Soundwave human ways and helping to understand the tablets, translating them just like Soundwave can. Esme learns to be quite useful, allowing her to stay. But what's to say when Soundwave discovers he can't live without his new human crush.
