Ten years have passed since Molly's brother Nico met the love of his love, Wren Lovelace. After he proposes to her, they decide to plan a small wedding. They aren't going to elope like Molly's other brother Ryan and Mikayla did as soon as they graduated, but it was still going to be small and casual. That didn't mean it wouldn't be stress-free, and Molly is certainly anything but stress-free when it comes to her brother's wedding planning and everything else in her life right now.

When her online friend Brodie moves to her neighbourhood, Molly thinks things are looking up. With all the stress of Nico's upcoming wedding and Ryan's fourth child on its way, she can't wait to meet her friend in person and finally have someone to herself to talk with. Unfortunately, that doesn't happen. Brodie falls in love with Molly's best friend Decker, and soon enough he's in love with her as well. Soon the loved-up couple are trying to set up Molly and her other best friend Jasper - but Molly doesn't want him, or any other guy for that matter.

Molly feels broken and she doesn't know what's wrong with her. When her parents pressure her to dance professionally, Molly can't take the pressure. She goes to Ryan, but he can't help; he's just had his fourth kid and he's got no time for her.
