Not to mention the fact that he returns to Cybertron to face Megatron and the others. But, how will he survive? Will he? Or will he just quit and die...for real.

Transformers: Primed To Fall
This is the story of the Fallen (in the Transformers Prime continuity), one of the first living beings created in the Transformers universe. He was one of the Thirteen Primes who ruled the planet Cybertron before other Transformers existed. Until the Primes became divided amongst themselves, leading him to fall down a dark path of seemingly irreversible evil.
