I don't know if I died or not, but the moment I regained my consciousness, I was already standing on a field full of grass and surrounded by trees. "W-what is that...?" A screen was floating in front of me. 「 Welcome, new adventurer! 」 "Adventur...rer?" But..... I'm so small! My body is the size of a 9 year old kid! And I don't even know what the hell happened to me. After I read some information on the screen, I was amazed that the world I was in was like a VRMMORPG. Magic exists and so does the level. "Huh?" But then AIs have risen, and my job evaporated faster than last night's drink. Now, thanks to a hacking mishap, I'm a regular girl in reality-with a debt and an attitude-navigating Rimelion, the VR game I once mastered, as Charlie, an elven priestess with more than a few tricks up her sleeve. Seriously though, fighting in high heels? Will I claw my way up the nobility ladder? Dominate the rankings? Outwit the government and their plans to exploit us all? Maybe. But something's off. The game feels too real. My memories don't line up, and everyone has their own version of what's true. Simulation? Reality? The lines are a blur-and I'm stuck in the middle. Death or Glory
Before we get into it, this is a long running roleplay between me and a friend of mine, who will be mentioned as Sage from now on. We started on 8-28-2019 and at the time of this writing it is still ongoing. I have partially cleaned it up, on the matters of grammatical and spelling errors, but I left the rest as-is, so there are some mistakes, either with period accuracy, me being a dumbass and mixing characters up, etc. My posts will be marked with a 'Z' prefix, and his with a 'S'. As for the roleplay itself, it started out as a basic vore roleplay loosely based on Anno Dracula that eventually progressed into a complete alternate timeline, similar in basics, with some other references to pop culture and other series, in a way not unlike the source material. As such, it's a wild mess of canon, historical and original characters, and references throughout. Some are one offs and others are revealed later on. For those not in the know, I will add a list of references at the end of the section. Of course, due to the subject matter and the original purpose of the roleplay, there will be vore, gore, physical and emotional trauma, character death and swearing. With that, let's dive in.Complete
