Barry Allen's Sister

Only Joe, Iris, Cisco, Wells, Caitlin, and obviously Barry know about Harper. She was only 2 when their mother died and doesn't remember it. When Barry got his his speed it was decided without her say that she was going to live in Star City with Barry's friend Oliver Queen.
