Hello! This is a short story that I wrote for a competition in high school. Although it won first place, I want to make aware that this is unedited from my original submission. I want to post this in order to keep a better library of my writing projects. Additionally, I would like to use this piece to show where I started with fictional writing. Hopefully, you enjoy and, if not, then I will be uploading more content that is of a better quality.

{COMPLETED} This is my first story, so only constructive criticism, please. Also, there's no smut. Sorry not sorry. I ain't writing that shit. Also also, there's probably gonna be some gore, but that's to be expected. I'll keep the character pretty gender neutral, but I'm personally a demigirl so forgive me if the character seems a bit feminine at times. ◊◊◊ You're a pretty average person. Your parents are divorced, but that's not really unique. Lost in the woods (18+)
The moment she noticed her handler forgot to lock the door behind him, she wasted no time making a run for it. There's only one problem though. She had no clue where she was. Surrounded by endless trees she was stripped of having any sense of direction but that didn't stop her motives. The girl began her journey and ran for what felt like hours, stumbling upon a small abandoned home camouflaged deep in the woods. No second thoughts, she took shelter. Soon it's discovered that the home was indeed not abandoned but already claimed by someone. We're friends now, aren't we? Even I wouldn't want to see you on the streets, Four.'' ~~~ After the IGBP movie, the SMG4 crew is left with a gaping demonic pit where the castle once stood, but ignoring Princess Peach, everyone still has a place to stay. Except Four, of course. SMG4 had originally planned to stay with Mario, but at the last minute he backed out of the offer, not wanting to impose on Luigi. Back to square one, it seemed... until his old rival decided to help him out, just this once. For some weird reason.
