In the small seemingly perfect town of Grimdale where no one would suspect anything bad would happen. Well, something bad did happen there.

Laura Grey, Dawn Hill high's, most popular girl, the head cheerleader of her school's lionesses, beloved daughter and sister. Had died. 

One day, she discovered something that shattered her world completely.

People often assumed she was infallible, perfect. But they couldn't be any more wrong. Beneath Laura's facade was another side to her. One of deception and secrets.

That is how it starts, Grimdale's mysteries. After Laura's body was found in the Lakewood lake. Dead. Her death was officially ruled as a drowning while others believed she committed suicide.

Which was far from the truth.

Her friends Skylar, Amber and Cassie are sent a video that makes them each think that there's more to her death than drowning or a suicide. Follow them on their journey to uncover the mysterious death of their friend. Will they be successful or will they fall victims too?
