Existe un sistema de estratificación social basado en la raza. Según la raza, se tienen más o menos privilegios. La estratificación es la siguiente:

La ciudad está gobernada por una raza suprema llamada Shak'Haa, coloquialmente llamados los Supremos. Son la única raza suprema y cuentan con un barrio privado. Solo se muestran una vez al año a través de una pantalla.
