TRIGGER WARNING: SUICIDE ATTEMPTS AND SELF HARM

I felt like I needed to put this out here. I wrote this quickly and impulsively. 

This is my story. I feel as if I don't have to say anything else. 

Please, if you feel suicidal, call 1-(800)-273-TALK (8255). Taking your life isn't worth it

If you struggle with self harm, use the app CalmHarm to help you. It helped me. 

Recently, I've been using 7 cups (the app). I use the free treatment plans and I don't actually communicate with anyone on there. They give you tests and you take them to find out if you have a mental disorder or anything. It is really helpful because it tailors a free plan for you!
