Livia has been raised as any shadowhunter would be: to kill. Being raised this way, she built up a wall, and will do everything in her power to protect herself and those she loves from being hurt. But with all good things come sacrifices. Since Livia is so focused on her family and protecting them she doesn't notice the looming danger that walks right into their home.
