Self love is an incredibly beautiful thing. You don't have to look beautiful to be beautiful, because you are amazing in your own way and that is truly all that matters in life.
I believe that to be beautiful you have to be yourself because beauty isn't pretending to be someone your not. Beauty is caring for others as well as yourself. Treating yourself how you want to be treated whilst treating others the same way. Beauty is loving you. Loving you for who you are.
Self beauty and self love aren't bad things. They never has been nor will they ever be. If you love yourself embrace it, think of all the possibilities that can come from this.
Follow your dreams. Like Peter Pan says "Dreams do come true, if only we wish hard enough. You can have anything in life if you will sacrifice everything else for it." This quote says a lot. So remember that quote and never forget it, you never know when you might need building back up again.

Evolution
There are a lot of things you don't really think about until they happen to you. Take rape, for instance. I always thought, "That won't happen to me. I have a boyfriend. I trust him. He would never take advantage of me like that..." I couldn't have been more wrong. Love in this day and age is often confused for manipulation and abuse. The warning signs are here. The things we say will tell us everything that is wrong. You are worth more than what you think you are. It's not your fault. If they tell you otherwise, get out. Burn the bridge. Always remember someone is waiting for you to walk into their life. Someone needs you. Someone loves you. Getting away from all of the wrong people and finding the right ones could save you. I can promise you right now that it saved me. These are the journal entries and selected poems from my first experience of love that left a unpleasant taste in my mouth- quite literally. The Words I couldn't Say
This is a place for me to put all the things I wish I said but I just couldn't. These are a way for me to "say" these things without actually saying them to the person I want to. I probably won't ever go back or read any of these because it's like revisiting a bad memory so don't expect much in terms of editing. Also I wouldn't consider this poetry but it is laid out that way. WARNING Talk of depression, suicide, anxiety, and self harm. Don't read if you don't like things like that and may get triggered. Pieces of Me.
Hi there, how are you? I hope you're okay. Like the title says, this book is made of pieces of me, sort of like a diary. Each chapter has its topic, message and feeling. I write it as my life goes on, pouring my heart out, mentioning a lot of the past and situations I haven't overcome, voicing my struggles, wins and losses, lessons and pain. I hope this helps you somehow, I mean, if I'm gonna be posting my life anonymously on the internet I can try at least to help someone. Never forget, you are not alone. This is for you.
