This Last Summer

Lyra Langley is the only girl in the middle of seven brothers. She's grown up knowing how to take care of herself and like most of the men in her life she has decided that the best thing for her after high school is to join the military. At first her bothers don't like the idea of their only sister joining up but they agree that it's the right thing for her only after Lyra agrees that she'll wait for the end of the summer to leave.
