In the aftermath of HVAVP Oliver Queen AKA The Green Arrow and his wife Felicity Smoak's escape pod crashed into the mountains causing them to be frozen but to everyone else they were presumed dead. 

Honoring their wishes to keep Star City safe John Diggle steps up to protect Star City as the new Green Arrow leading an new team while training Oliver's son William Clayton to become new Green Arrow later in life forming an bond with him guiding him through life.

Over the next 52 years William Clayton fulfills his father's legacy as the Green Arrow but after an tragic event he leaves his father's legacy behind as the world goes through an change during five decades from the formation of the UltraTech corporation to new blood in newly formed Neo Star City in the future   

But what will soon happen in the year 2070 will change everything for William Clayton and the legacy of The Green Arrow.
