Always running

Syvlia Brown has been running for years. She runs from someone in her dreams almost every night and wakes up sweaty and muddy, heart racing in her chest. Running from who, you ask?
What would you say if you were told that Syvlia had a special ability? - to bring her imaginary people to life.
She was a lonely child, and created Cory so she could have a friend.
Just like humans, imaginary people have feelings too, so when Cory thinks Syvlia is growing away from him, he is angry, and turns from a sweet boy to something more terrifying than Syvlia could ever imagine.

Chester is not exactly what you think of when you think of a knight in shining armor. Living on a fishing boat with his father, traveling from sea port to sea port, he's learned to be strong and stubborn. When he meets Syvlia he's intrigued, he can't stop himself from falling for her. But when he learns of her secret, he will do anything in his power to protect Syvlia and make sure that Cory never gets a hold of her again. Can he come up with a solution to all of her problems?
