A group of friends is going on a trip and while on the trip they see some old friends. They also make some "new" ones too. The group has been split for a while and dealing with some other issues too. One of the main characters has an obsession with mermaids which will be seen throughout the story.

Before Lucia tries to get out of the water, she was suddenly transformed into a mermaid by the two white witches. There are two ways to break the spell before her time is up by the next month. If Lucia gets a kiss by the merman, she'll be a mermaid for all eternity. If the princess gets a kiss from the prince on land, she will be human again. If not, she will be lost in the world of water.
