18 year old Menny Alffa and 19 year old Jonathan Stynner are two best friends (maybe more than that) who go to the annual Helmburg Hoedown for fun and of course, beer. But when their friends and them get too intoxicated and end up sleeping in places all around the barn where it's held, Menny wakes up to over hear terrifying news. All of Helmburg, the land that Menny and Jonathan, along with all their other friends live on, is about to be sold. For malls, McDonald's, and sporting duplexes, a very rich man named Hanson hopes to soon have all the land for. Will Menny, Jonathan, and the rest of their crew be able to stop the purchase before it's too late, or will they soon find themselves packing, and saying goodbye to land they knew and loved.
