A new girl moves to the town of Lilycove and has no idea what she's getting into. After a while she starts realizing that people are keeping secrets from her, especially her best friend. Does she and her friends have what it takes to save the town?

Note: This story does take place in the Animal Crossing world. It was easier to have villagers' names and appearances all ready, so I wouldn't have to come up with about 30 different characters and names. I do not own any of Nintendo's characters. All of their characters belong to them.

As a result, the genre of this book is quite niche, and it may not be appropriate for every ten-year-old. There are some confrontations I would categorise as "mild peril." Spoiler Alert: If you're a parent looking for something for a child of a similar age, there are two deaths in this book and so you may want to check it out first because I recognise every child is different. (The girl I wrote is for said they weren't graphic deaths, and she was fine with both in the context of the story.) Anyway, she asked me to put it out there for others to enjoy, so ... enjoy.
