Being so emotionally weak that you don't know if someone will every be able to love you again. Being beaten and almost killed by the man you thought loved you. Why? Why does God put us through all of these obstacles until we are ready to give up? Well, this is my story.

Esme Things can become clear in a second. When I found Tanner in his office with that woman, so many things became obvious. Tanner's always held himself back from me, but now, secrets and lies come tumbling out into the light. He's never loved me and he never will. Tanner I'd been married for four years to someone I didn't believe I loved because I thought I still loved another woman. It was like everything came crashing down at one moment. The only person I had left after that was my best friend... We slowly grew apart as he didn't know what went on behind the doors of my house. Years passed, as the day still made my life worse. Not having the money to move I was still stuck in the same house... By the same river. Soon anouther murrder happened, the same way as... My mother's. Suspicions spread though the small town. A twenty minute ride to there. I would live in town to if I had the money. That day when the decective came to the door; it was just fate. As I didn't know it then... But, he would save me. It... Was just something about the way he looked at me; that made my heart go a mile a minute. Second No More, a novel
I've dreamed of the perfect marriage ever since I was a little girl: a marriage complete with a hardworking husband while I tended to the home and our children, preferably four little rugrats to call my own. I dreamed of a life filled with laughter, joy, and success, a life we built together. I dreamed of growing old next to my husband, creating a great love story to tell our grandchildren someday.
