When everyone is celebrating the New year's Eve jovially all around the globe.  Anand is sitting all by himself, waiting for the evening to pass. For him, it's just another day where he doesn't want to remember his mistakes, and wants to be left alone. But, when the weather report informs him of a certain instance in his city Shimla, known as the Queen of hill stations of India, he is bound to take a step toward the people in need. 

This story is all about how one person's decision is related to many people's happiness. It shows that listening to the voice of heart leads a person to the greatest ecstasy.
