Nikolas is ready to die.  After two thousand years doing a job he hates, he is ready to be a mortal man and see the love of his life again.  Given one last mission, the gods entrust him to bring back a person whose power has been increasing at exponential rates. 

Pythia is not ready to die.  After witnessing her mother turn into a monster and being chased out of her own home, she is in desperate need of help.  After being found close to death by a mysterious boy she decides to assist him and his friends with a mission given to them by the gods.

But things only get worse when one day, as Kore is picking flowers in the meadow, there is an earthquake and she is taken up by this earthquake and falls into the arms of none other than Hades. A modern re-imagining of the story of Persephone.
