Almost Human

The thing is... No one expect the end of the world. No one expects us to be overthrown by creatures who aren't even our species. Zombies are a myth, that's true enough... screamers on the other hand... they're a lot more real than anyone would like them to be. Volunteers... people who chose their fate, they were modified, their genetic codes bent to the point of snapping. They're not quite zombies... but almost human.
