Lukes a loner, Michael is his only friend, and he's okay with it. He's okay with being bullied because he knows he deserves it and everything they say is true. He can't help but let the words of everyone get to him. And after a hospitalization a while back, he's stuck going to group therapy every Friday. Michael goes to because otherwise, he'd have to go to therapy with the guidance counselor at school, plus he's always there for Luke. Then insert the new kids Ashton and Calum, best friends. They're both quick to try to become friends with Luke and Michael as their seats in the class are right next to each other. And then they find out that Ashton and Calum are now going to the same therapy group as them. And despite Lukes efforts to not fall for Ashton because he'll just get hurt again, he does and Ashton falls right back. Of course, love can't stop mental illnesses, it can't fix problems. Maybe it can help, but sometimes it just tears you back down. So here's the love story of 4 fucked up kids, Luke with anorexia, Michael with anger issues and an abusive dad, but everyone else besides Luke just thinks he fights a lot, Ashton with self-harm and depression and Calum with depression.
Or where new kids Ashton and Calum start to become friends with Luke and Michael to find out they all end up going to the same group therapy, only making their friendships stronger, and into something more.

He became so depressed that he stopped eating all together. One day he looked in the mirror and realized that he was losing weight. He soon became hospitalized and started to eat again but after he got rejected by multiple collages his self esteem went down and he stopped eating.
