"The Phantom of the Opera" by Gaston Leroux is a fictional novel likely written in the late 19th century. The story revolves around the mysterious figure known as the Opera Ghost, who haunts the Paris Opera House and exerts influence over the opera singers, particularly the talented Christine Daaé. Central to the plot are Christine, a gifted singer sheltered by the ghost's protective presence, and Raoul, the Viscount de Chagny, who ardently loves her and becomes embroiled in the ghost's enigmatic realm. The beginning of "The Phantom of the Opera" sets up a tantalizing mystery, both through its prologue, which claims the existence of the ghost is factual, and the opening chapters that dive into the bustling environment of the opera house. As the managers are preparing for their retirement celebration, the ghost's ominous presence is felt through frightened ballet girls discussing strange happenings and a tragic death linked to the ghost, Joseph Buquet. These elements foreshadow the turmoil surrounding Christine Daaé, who after a spectacular performance, begins to withdraw from public life due to an inexplicable fear, while Raoul's affection for her fuels the narrative's tension. The stage is thus set for a Gothic tale of love, obsession, and the supernatural. What if One of the ballet rats hated it at the opera house? What if she loved playing pranks on everyone? Meet Luna. A not so ordinary ballet rat. She's not as graceful as Christine or Meg she would rather study or read a book than be out on stage. Everything was going okay until she came up with a plan. One decision changed her life forever. One mistake that will cost her her freedom... "I don't know Luna it doesn't sound like a good idea" Meg whispered afraid someone might hear. " I think it does. I need to find out how he does it! I could even get the managers! Imagine that! I will finally be able to trick everyone. So please darling don't tell your mother." I told Meg as I grabbed my cloak "I will be back soon." I said as I was leaving. "He's there, hiding in the opera!" I sang to her, she quickly responded "beware of the Phantom of the Opera! Please be careful!" And I set off in my journey to Box 5. SADLY I DONT OWN PHANTOM OF THE OPERA OR ANY OF ITS CHARACTERS. I do own my own Luna and her friends Anaïs and Melody. I also own any character that has to do with her past.
