I'm dead, pretty morbid beginning to a story don't you think....well this is my story. Avalon Perselus that's my name, I was a king.....king of the demons to be more precise. I was betrayed by the men whom stood beside me, the Lords, Nobles and Dukes of The Demon Kingdom of Astaroth....my Kingdom. I was known as the coward merciful King, After getting stabbed in the back literally and slashed with a sword it was simple this is a rebellion with the 4 Dukes I trusted ever so much holding bloody swords....my blood stained the swords, and the rest of the nobles standing at the back watching happily and smirking at me with those judge-mental eyes. follow the story of Avalon as he is on the quest for revenge. Hope You Enjoy XD

Once we are alone, he turns to me, "We need to work on your acting skills. How can a commoner be such a bloody awful liar? Don't you learn that when you are infants?" "Oh, I'm sorry I don't lie for sport like you lot! Last I checked, it's the ones with the sticks up their arses who are so brilliant with deceit and after seeing your performance I know it to be fact! I've never heard such shit! As though I hold any regret, for telling that fancy prat anything, ha" I call back. Now that we are alone, I no longer require restraints as I let my temper run wild. He does something that takes me by utter surprise. He literally grabs my lips and pushes them together. "Don't you ever shut this mouth of yours!" I move my hands to his chest, trying to pay no mind to the heat radiating from him and give him a great push, shoving him a few steps back in surprise. "Don't touch me! Agh!" I let out before taking a breath, and with a little less force I add, "the King bought it didn't he." "Barely," he grunted. My head snapped back at him, I was fuming. How could a man make me so incredibly angry with just a few words? Their Runaway Mate by JulietWrites22

Eliana is running from her past, and it's chasing her with a vengeance. When her loved ones are murdered before her by a cruel family, Eliana escapes to America and hasn't stopped running for six years. Now, they are getting closer. A dark twist of fate means that ancient bonds are revealed and Eliana is forced to question everything that she knows. *Excerpt* This time, I only made it about twenty feet before a large force slammed into me from behind, a tight hand wrapping around my mouth preventing me from crying out. Desperately, I reached my hands up to tug at the arm around my face as a second powerful arm snaked around my stomach, keeping me flush to the warm chest behind me and stopping me from falling from the impact of his collision. "Enough!" He growled close to my ear. Despite the strong arms and seething tone keeping me contained, I used all my might to struggle, squirming frantically to try and loosen his grip. My shouted pleas were muffled uselessly by the hand over my mouth and warm tears burned against my cold face as they streamed from my ballooned eyes. My legs kicked helplessly, and I must have got a hit in because I heard him curse under his breath before he easily but surprisingly gently, kicked my legs from under me and forced me into a kneeling position on the forest floor, lowering himself afterwards to match my stance. With this new position he could release the arm around my waist without allowing me any wriggle room and I felt him reach behind him to grab something. Shit. My breathing picked up and my cries increased in volume. Was he just going to kill me like this? In the middle of nowhere? Trigger Warning: This is a dark romance. Themes of abuse, death, violence and all around some pretty toxic behaviour.

Everything was gone. I sobbed, my clothes ripped and I was bleeding, but it didn't matter. I had to get to her, to them. Had to find- Struggling to stand, I grasped my side, biting back the scream that wanted to escape. I looked down at my hands and red coated them, blurring together until I couldn't see anything anymore. I squeezed my eyes shut, forcing my panicked breathing to slow, until I felt in control of myself again. It had been so long, I thought as I turned my peeling and dry face to the sun, my fingers shaking as I struggled to make sense of them. For so long, I'd been a wolf, cursed. All that I was, or could've been had been reduced to nothing but an animal driven by instinct, bloodlust, thousands of lives met their ends at the edges of my razor sharp claws. I had no idea where I was, how much time had passed. My fingers touched something hard in the sand, and a jolt of information went through me as Queen Azalea's sword, gleamed as I pulled it free. My heart started to pound as sun glinted off of the blade, reflecting back at me. I nearly dropped the metal when I saw myself. I took a second look and saw white hair, caked with dirt, and yellow eyes, blue veins sparking in their depths. All at once, I remembered who I was. I remembered why I was here, how much time had passed. I am Azalea Marie Albescu, The Queen Alpha. A false queen sits on my throne, controls what's mine. I would have to make my way back to my pack, my family, and my home, if still there. I would rise again, as I had before, and reclaim what belongs to me. DISCLAIMER: AS WITH MANY OF MY STORIES, I DO IMPLICATE SITUATIONS OF SEXUAL ASSAULT/ABUSE. Not in any way do I intend to glamorize this behavior, I write about these delicate and painful situations because I myself relate to them and will always fight for survivors, including myself. Thank you for your understanding and if you are in any way uncomfortable reading these stories, I encourage you to look elsewhere.
