I wouldn't call myself an expert, but I would say, I've read enough fanfictions during my seven years of joining wattpad to have a humble amount of knowledge on all the things that seem illogical and bizzare in Naruto fanfictions.
This book consists of a bunch of overused ideas, incorrect storytelling, and of course our dearest overpowered mary and gary sues.
It also has information and detailed explanation on Naruto's storyline, characters and history of the shinobi world varying from the history of the clans and villages itself to politics, economics and geography.
It is a humble guide for anyone who wants to start a fanfic. Things to insist on and things to avoid.

The 2 girls' names are Luka Enanome and Sky Meharome, and the boy's name is Haku. This book is in Luka's point of view Luka is from a mighty clan called "The Blue Dragon Clan", it was destroyed by the "Red Dragon Clan", when she was 5 years old. After 9 years of the down fall of the "Blue Dragon Clan", she meets a man named Zabuza. He took her in and takes her to his hideout, where she meets a young boy named Haku, who's around the same age as she is. Luka and Haku falls in love at first sight. Later on Luka gets kidnapped by the "Red Dragon Clan", and then Haku goes to the "Village Hidden in the Flames." There is when Sky joins their little group and a lot of other things happens later on in the story, but you have to read to fine out. ^_~Complet

2021 edit: My dudes don't read this if you're lookin for a good story. Just don't. She's a fuckin mary sue written by a like What I suspect to be around 12 or 13 year old Finnish girl who BARELY knew any English grammar. The characters form bonds too easily and I'm pretty sure everyones ooc and my oc is the fucking most Op piece of shit and the story is whack. Just. Don't bother. Unless of course you want to read something and laugh at it, or read some horrid fic to your viewers on Youtube, in which case this is perfect for you!
