On her 16th birthday her best friends Hunter and Emily bring her to the beach, everything was going fine until they  get in an accident that Penelope should have drowned from. If it wasnt for a mysterious merman who gave her a magical plant, that turned her into a mermaid! Penelope is suddenly able to walk, the doctors say it's a gift from god.
