A girl named Thea is diagnosed with chronic depression and ptsd. She is left with a loss of speech and has to get a psychiatric service dog (who's name is Josh Dun). When a YouTube video of hers goes viral and she used twenty one pilots music in it. She gets noticed by her role models Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun. They decide to spend a day with the viral disabled girl and her service dog. And the unexpected happens.
